As I was going through memory cards I found a wedding shot with Jennifer Weems that I had never downloaded and blogged.  If this gorgeous event were a novel it would begin, “It was a cold and dreary day…”  Luckily, it was a Hummingbird House Wedding (the Hummmingbird House being a beautiful Austin venue), we had a fabulously fun and relaxed couple and some stunning details.  Truly, we all know what a crazy winter Austin has had this year.  Well, this was one of those first crazy cold spells.  The Hummingbird House is a beautiful OUTDOOR venue.  Our wedding team had to quickly adapt and set up the ceremony under the tent equipped with propane heaters.  The staff at the Hummingbird House said that this was only the 2nd or 3rd time in 6 years that they’d had to perform the ceremony under the tent.

Our bride was so awesome that she braved the 30 degree weather in her strapless gown so that we could get some great images.  The couple did a first look which I always love.  Those precious moments together before the ceremony are so tender and sweet.

Jennifer is such a fabulous wedding photographer that she provides coat sharing services in between shots.

It was a fabulous wedding.

Such a frosty but fun wedding. We sure were lucky to have such willing participants 🙂
